WHO CAN PLACE AN ORDER?

At PNNBACADEMY.COM you can place an order either as a guest or by choosing to create an account. By creating an account, you can always log in and go back and see your previous orders. It is possible to be a private user or business user. Please note that for the Danish business account, it requires a valid CVR number and for the foreign business account, it requires a valid “Tax registration number”.

PLACING AN ORDER

Once you have placed an order through our website, our system will automatically send you an e-mail, indicating which items you have ordered. We then pack and send your order to your delivery information. When the order is out of our warehouse, an update of your order status is send with an invoice to your email address.

You can always find your invoice on the “My Account” page, but be aware that the invoice is first created when the package is shipped. It may therefore take up to a few days if the order is placed during the weekend or holidays.
For orders of the online training, it is only after we receive your payment that, you will be able to access the courses through our mobile app. You will receive a verification email for log in. Please note that it may take a few days for payment to go through during weekends and holidays. The sales of our online training on our website is not a legally binding agreement. PNNBACADEMY therefore has the right to cancel your order for any online training due to errors, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations.

PRICES

The prices on our online shop are in euros (€) and Danish kroner ( Kr) and they are included with 25% Danish VAT. Placing an order as a private person (or a company not a VAT payer) in Finland for example, the EU tax rules and legislation are that the 24% Finnish VAT is applied. For the final price to be equal to the initially displayed price, the 1% discount applies automatically. For example (Estonian VAT is 20%, Finnish 24%, Danmark 25%).

It is possible to place an order as a VAT payer company in another EU country with a 0% VAT. 

Follow the guidelines in order to that:
– Add selected products to the shopping cart and go to the “Checkout” page.
- Fill all the fields on the billing address form.
NB! Fill the “VAT number validity” field with your Value Added Tax number and include the two-letter country code e.g “SE999999999901”.
VAT number length is different for each country. Sweden has 12 digits, of which the last two are always 01 e.g. SE999999999901.

If you are an approved business customer, you will be able to purchase selected products at wholesale prices when you are logged in and will be able to see the suggested retail price under each product.
We reserve the right to sell sold items, typographical errors, and for sales price and currency changes.

PAYMENT & SAFETY

At PNNBACADEMY.COM, payment can be made with all existing credit cards, including Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Visa Electron.
The security is absolutely crucial, when making payments on the internet., PNNBACADEMY have therefore chosen to use NETS (former PBS) and Paypal, which ensures that all of your personal information is encrypted, included your bank details.
We do not charge for payment with either Danish or foreign credit cards, and first withdraw the money from your account when the items ordered have been shipped from our warehouse.

ORDER PROCESS

As soon as we receive your order, the goods is packed and ready for dispatch. When you placed your order before noon. 12:00 on a daily basis, the shipment is done on the same day.
Should one of the items ordered, is no longer in stock; you will be notified per. phone or email. We will ship the remaining products and refund the amount of money for the sold out product to you.

DELIVERY TO PRIVATE AND BUSINESS ADDRESSES

We offer the following delivery methods:

– PostNord Denmark
– PostNord Export

The shipping price depends on the shipping method selected and the size of your package.
If we have your order and registered payment before noon.12.00 on weekdays, Your packages will be shipped on the same day. Expected delivery time is 1-3 business days for Denmark and between 2 to 5 days for EU countries. Please note that Post Nord does not put the goods, for example at the front door, or the garage, etc. If you are not home at the time of delivery, Post Nord will place a note in your mailbox, for where the goods can be picked up at the nearby post office.
If you know you’re not at home to receive the package, you can also choose to use the Post Nord Packet Box. Please note that using the Package Box requires you to sign up if you are shopping as a guest.
You can follow your order at any time on Track & Trace code that you receive when your order has been shipped. It is Post Nord who will send the code and it requires you to sign up for their service. If you did not get the code sent automatically, you can always contact us and we can turn it up for you.
The PNNBACADEMY webshop is responsible for the goods until you have received them. We deliver in whole Denmark and worldwide.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASING ONLINE TRAINING ON PNNBACADEMY.

After we receive your full payment for your online training, you will be able to access your education through our mobile app. The access information you will receive is copyrighted protected and may not therefore be disclosed to 3rd person or misused. Access to your online courses is only available to you.

PROCESS TO ACCESS ONLINE TRAINING

1. Everyone can view all courses that are available with limited information
2. Only registered user can purchase the course and see full details of the online training.
3. To purchase the course, the student have to registered themselves with their email address
4. A verification link is then sent to the registered email address. The student has to click on that link to verify and confirm the email address.
5. Once the email address is verified, the student can purchase the course and enroll themselves onto our mobile app.
6. Relevant informations about your courses will be sent to you with our welcoming email.
7. You will be granted access to all information of your purchase courses for 3 months
8. Support is available in English, Danish, French and Russian on our mobile app.
10. A certificate is issued at the end of your online exam in theory and for your practical online training .

Remarks : Certification is only issued with successful passed exam not before, but you will be issued an attendance proof for workshop.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

You have 14 days to return your products after your purchase on PNNBACAMEDY.COM. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs incurred in returning the item.
Upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.
You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.

THE STAND OF THE PRODUCT WHEN YOU RETURN IT.

Upon return of a good, you are responsible to pay for the shipment and you bear the risk of the item from the delivery of the goods until it is received in our warehouse. You are also responsible for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and the function of the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received as well as in original packaging. We make an assessment of the item if there is anything missing when we receive the return package. If the product has been used, in addition to what is described above, we consider the goods as “used” and you will not be able to get the money back. You must attach your invoice and write a note that you wish to return the product.

RETURNS FOR ONLINE TRAINING

You have the right for having your money back for purchasing an online training, if you did not access your course via our mobile app with your email address. From the moment you log in to our mobile app, you have access to our 3 month training with tutorials videos, theory materials and free support. At the moment you log into your purchase course on our mobile app, you lose your right of withdrawal on online training and you miss your right to get your money back.

MONEY BACK FROM YOUR PURCHASE

If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you have paid back from us. Note that you are headed responsible for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and the function of the item, this purchase amount will be deducted. When returning the purchased item in case of regret, you are bear responsible for the shipping costs.
We will refund your payment without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision for returning due to regrets. We will then make a refund with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise.
The refund is withheld until we have received the return products, unless you have submitted other documentation before returning it.

WHAT SHOULD I SUBMIT WITH THE RETURNING PRODUCT?

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition goes faster if you also fill out our standard recovery form.

WARRANTY

The law of the Buying Code is applied when purchasing goods.

When you shop at PNNBACADEMY.COM, you have 24 months of warranty on all electronics. This means that you can, as a rule, get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or sales price , depending on the specific situation.
Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect item has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
In order for the complaint to be valid, please report your complaint within a reasonable time after you discover the error. You have still your rights even if you contact us within 2 months.
WE REFUND SHIPPING COSTS

If you have legitimate rights due to your complaint, we will pay for your reasonable cost of return. It is important that you as accurately as possible inform us about the reason for the complaint. You can inform us by filling out the return form on the website. Then we send a return label, so you can return the products free of charge. If we consider that the complaint is justified, we will send you a new equivalent product as soon as possible. If we consider that the complaint is not justified, we will notify you and return the product to you.

If your claim is warranted, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Note! Remember, the item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to ask for a receipt for shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.

If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant board in the area if the conditions for this are met.
